Companies in the Canary Islands have problems that don't exist on the mainland, or weigh less there: the customs declaration and the local IGIC tax on every import, the guest registration form for every arrival, the double insularity of logistics, and software suppliers two thousand kilometres away who don't pick up the phone on a Friday afternoon.
I have sat on the other side of the table, budget in hand and a team waiting. I know what it costs when someone from outside sells you a platform that nobody then configures. That is why I work on top of what you already have, with scope and price fixed before we start, and I stay for the first month after delivery.
And I know what gets done by hand at a distributor on the Güímar industrial estate, at a clinic in La Laguna or at a holiday rental manager in the south, because I have measured it from the inside.
