Bono IA · accountants, associations and technology companiesIf your clients are going to ask you about the Bono IA, let's talk before they do.
As soon as the rules come out, the questions will land in the same places as always: the accountant, the association and the software provider. I suggest sharing out the work beforehand: I bring the technical side and the measuring, you remain the one who knows the client. No commissions, and nobody speaking on anyone else's behalf.
Depending on who you are, what I suggest changes.
- Accountants and advisersYour clients are going to ask you what it is, when it opens and whether it applies to them. A forty-five-minute talk for them, with your cases and not mine, about the voucher and about what can really be automated with AI. You bring the room and the invitation; I bring the talk and stay for the questions. It's the same talk I already offer on Verifactu, with the voucher included.
- Associations, clusters and chambersThe same, for your members. And one more thing: Red.es has an open call of 40 million euros for business associations and technology centres to develop AI use cases that SMEs can reuse, funded up to 80 %. If your association is considering applying, I have use cases measured inside local companies that can serve as a base.
- Technology companies and agenciesThe voucher will pay for development, integration, data processing and process redesign, not licences. If your product needs that for the client to get value from it, I bring the process, the integration and the before-and-after measurement, with a fixed scope and price per project and telling the client who does what.
Red.es announced the call on 9 September 2026, with a two-month window from its publication on its e-office. Details in its press release (in Spanish).
What I bring.
Fifteen years inside companies, cases timed with a stopwatch and a way of working that matches what the plan asks for: one concrete process, starting figures, the project by milestones and the team trained. And being in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which for a client on the islands means someone comes when something stops.
With every company that wants to get ready I do the AI Diagnosis: a session, a week of measuring and a document with the four parts the voucher will ask for. That document is what you file when the rules come out, if you're their accountant.
What I don't do.
- Pay or charge commissions for referring clients. If someone wants to go ahead, they tell you or they write to me themselves.
- Ask for your client or member list. You send the invitation, because they open emails from you.
- Promise the grant. Until there are rules, nobody knows who will get it or how much, and anyone who says otherwise is selling.
- Say I'm «approved for the Bono IA». No accreditation exists yet, and when it does I'll tell you whether I have it.
We'll sort it out on a call.
Who you are, who you reach and what fits. I reply myself, within 24 hours. If after the call you don't see it, we leave it there and I won't push.
